Pay Jerk Challenge

The challenge in this game is to stay focused on my instructions!  In this challenge you will be forbidden to stroke.  You will be instructed to sit and watch as I tease, torment and drive you wild.  Occasionally you will be allowed stroke worship, but only at my command. Occasionally you will be ordered to tribute.  Before you know it, you will be sending me bigger and bigger tributes until you finally send me your monthly pay check!  Crazy right?  After all, only a total IDIOTIC LOSER would do something like that, right?  Get comfortable as you begin my rollercoaster PAY JERK challenge!
